Prof. Rasim Alguliyev

Rasim Mahammad Alguliyev was born on January 20, 1958.In 1979, he graduated from the faculty of "Automation and Computer Engineering" of the Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute named after Ch.Ildirim (present Azerbaijan Technical University) with a degree in "Systems engineering".In 1979–1986, he worked as an engineer and senior engineer, Komsomol secretary at the Institute of Cybernetics of Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences (present Institute of Control Systems of ANAS).In 1983-1986, he completed his PhD in "Automated control systems" at the Institute of Cybernetics of Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences.In 1986, he was transferred to the Department of Automated Control Systems (ACS) of Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences.In 1986–2001, he worked at positions of senior engineer, leading engineer, chief engineer of the project "Republican network of computing centers and data transmission", technical director – deputy director at the Department of ACS (in 1997, on the basis of ACS Department was established Information-Telecommunication Scientific Center).Since 2002, he is the director (now called the general director) of the Institute of Information Technologies of ANAS (since 2022 the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan) (the institute was established in 2002 on the basis of the Scientific Center for Information and Telecommunications). He is doctor of technical sciences, professor, full member (academician) of ANAS.In 2007 he was elected a corresponding member of ANAS on the specialty "Informatics", and in 2014 he was elected a full member (academician) of ANAS.In 2013–2019, he was academician-secretary of ANAS.In 2019, he was elected vice-president of ANAS.In 2009, he was awarded with "Taraggi" medal by the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.In 2021-2023, he was selected for the rating list of the world's 2% most influential scientists prepared by the Stanford University of the United States and the "Elsevier" publishing house of the Netherlands.
Prof. Fulei Zhu, Tsinghua University, China
National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars
Fulei Zhu is professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Tsinghua University. He has been engaged in research on mechanical dynamics, mechanical fault diagnosis and vibration control for a long time, and has chaired and participated in more than 30 projects, including the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, National Major Science and Technology Projects, National Natural Science Foundation Key Projects, 863 Program Projects, and National Climbing Plan projects, etc.He also won many awards such as the National Natural Science Award. He has published more than 300 academic papers in authoritative domestic and foreign journals, and his papers have been cited by SCI more than 6,000 times.He serves as the Vice Chairman of the Chinese Society of Vibration Engineering.Prof. Fulei Zhu is a member of the Rotor Dynamics Technical Committee of the International Federation of Mechanisms and Machine Sciences (IF ToMM), a member of the expert group on vibration and noise control technology for general assembly weapons and equipment, and a member of the expert group in the field of "structural strength and reliability" of aerospace engines and gas turbines, the deputy director of the Fault Diagnosis Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Vibration Engineering and a member of the academic committees of several key laboratories.He is the chief editor of Mechanical Engineering and Technology and Journal of Dynamics, Monitoring and Diagnostics, and an editorial board member of Journal of Sound and Vibration, Journal of Mechanical Engineering Science, Frontier of Mechanical Engineering, and Vibration and Impact.
Prof. Zhipeng Feng

Zhipeng Feng is a professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, a doctoral supervisor, and a recipient of the New Century Excellent Talents Program.His main research directions include mechanical fault diagnosis, signal processing, artificial intelligence and mechanical dynamics. He has presided over a number of National Natural Science Foundation projects and Ministry of Education fund projects, published more than 50 academic papers, co-published 1 academic monograph, and won multiple awards. He was selected into the Ministry of Education's "New Century Outstanding Talent Support Plan".
